It's been a while since I last added an entry.
I'm still an unemployed person - but doing much more voluntary work.
At the moment I'm busy spending time uploading long videos that I recorded onto
lots of different video sites. They take over 2 hours to upload each.
No romance on the horizon, which is OK, but I do get a little lonely sometimes.
The community is going alright. A few arguments now & then, but all in all
I live in a relatively peaceful Buddhist Community.
I videod 2 stop smoking sessions & have uploaded them on my webs site.
Not sure what else to write. Oh yeah - I now have a cd recorded with proper case & cd cover.
It looks really professional.
The content of the relaxation cd has had a lot of possitive feedback.
At the moment it's only available at the charities I volunteer, but I may sort out a version for
my clients worldwide. Some people have asked me if they can buy a cd from me, but up till now
I've not been able to produce any cd's with the proper covers, until now.
At the moment I'm awaiting a letter from the councelling course I applied for. I should find out
by the end of the week whether they want to interview me or not.

Hi
I've been a bit out of circulation the last couple of days, due to not feeling too good.
It may be due to the weather change here in the UK. (why did I say UK? It's not like weather in another country is gonna affect my health).
The weather has changed from really warm - really cold. not liking it. Just feeling a bit rubbish, & unfortunately I still have to go out. I have
an appointment at the job centre. I have cancelled everything elase I had planned today.
I couldn't get out of the job centre interview, as it's my unemployment interview. If I don't turn up, I won't get any money. (that's if they pay me anything?)
Even with a big jumper I'm still cold. I hav the coldest bedroom in the world. Even Penguins avoid it.
Ironically, my head is peeling from sunburn 4 days ago.???????????????????????????? Now I'm getting frost bite in my left buttock.
The good news, is --- big Brother starts here in uk, tonight. Yahoooo!!! That saves me trying to think of something to do for the next 3 months.
I love BB - its great. By the way, BB = Big Brother. Not Big Boobs. Although, if I had to choose between them????
Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting well again. Although I think I feel better than I did yesterday.
Oh yeah, a wierd thing happened earlier. I waas sitting eating a banana toasted sandwich (the type of food I was eating isn't realy relevant to this story)
& I heard a loud buzzing in my right ear (again, I probably heard the buzzing in both ears, but the predominent volume level was on my right side) I looked
down & there was a huge hornet sitting on my right shoulder. I was so shocked, I nearly stopped eating.
It was huge. That's pretty much the end of the story really. Not much else happened after that, I just put it outside. Mabe I need to work on that story
& inject more drama. Perhapse a love story that ended suddenly due to an unusual tree activity.
So, gotta go & pretend to tidy my room.

Hi
Tomorrow is my last day ar work.
I've been a little concerned about my future, concerning earning an income.
Well, the time has come & I guesse I just have to get on with it. I am having leaving lunch with a few people from work
tommorrow. And that'll be that. I'm not having a leaving do as such. Also, I can't really drink much at lunch as I'm leading
a group relaxation session at 4pm.
So, thats me really. Don't know what I'm gonna do at all. I intend to continue with my website & pain relief & relaxation sessions online.
I'd like to also increase the amount of sessions I do with people locally, but that will have to be later on, as I need to focus on
immediate financial situation.
I'm now going to watch tv.

Hello
I did 2 group sessions today. They were both good. They seemed to go well.
I've got the afternoon off tomorrow.I'm not doing any group sessions.The next one is next monday.
Work is getting very boring indeed. It just seems a bit pointless going there. I'm glad it's only 5 hours a day. Also only 4 days left of working there.
It's gone so quick.
I've re-thought my financial situation & I've decided to put a donation box back on my website. I just need to get enough tio live on.
I only need £450 per month to get by. That's not a huge amount.
I'm not sure if anyone will make a donation, but it's worth a go.
The other alternative,is possibly selling all my belongings on ebay. Admittedly not my first choice.(I wonder why?)
I'm going to continue building my website & promoting my free relaxation & chronic pain relief service. I'm looking at mabe even doing
a live online broadcast. Stay tuned.

Hi
I had a pretty average day today. Slightly tired but feeling ok.
I've only 0ne week left till I leave my job. My last day is next wednesday.
It's community night in 10 minutes & then afterwards, I'll watch tv & upload my blog.
The group session I lead today was with just one person - a member of staff. But I've been assured that tomorrow
will be alot more people. Heres hoping.
I worked on my cv today at work, & it's come together alright. Quite neat. I think I'm
just going to go for some agency work - 2 or three days a week. That'll do me. I won't start for a couple of weeks.
Oh yeah - I'm experimenting with Sainsburys basics (cheap food). I'm giving it a go, & if it's ok
I'll start making it my main food. MMMM - yummy - poverty - yahoo!!!
Anyway - that's me - I'd better go downstairs & pretend to be attentive.

It's half past 5 in the afternoon here in sunny ipswich. Not sunny much, more rainy & a bit chilly.
The weathers changed a bit, but overall, its been the hotest spring for a long time apparently.
According to people who keep records of all the days wether activities over the last 200 years.

Hi
I have worked today & also lead my relaxation session tonight. It went well. It's really good to hearthe benefits that those who attend have experienced.
It makes what I do worthwhile.
Yesterday, I came to a decision. I've decided to accept donations on my website. I've tried to avoid acepting money from anyone for
my free services, but now I'm going to be without work & also the amount of time I spend on my business, means I had to review it.
I have had a lot of people over the months wanting to pay me for what I do online, but I've always said,"no".
perhapse its time that I started to realize that I can't continue spending all my time doing something that costs me money. And now that my job finishes
on 23rd of may, I will need to eat & pay my went. I don't actually need much money - only £450 per month will do me. Obviously, I won't be doing anything,
other than pay my rent & eating, but thats ok. I don't really mind.
I'm not sure how its going to go. Totally unsure.
Never mind I'll soon find out.
I went back to work today after a week off. I'm quite tired today, but had a sleep in the afternoon (I'm turning into a pensioner.)
The last 2 eisodes of The Sopranos are on tonight, so another late one for me.

I've just got back from the supermarket, & walked back in the pouring rain. Sometimes its nice
to get wet. I prefer to get wet coming home, rather than on the way somewhere.
